Lights, camera, cab! Sonoma’s own Sarah Haggberg will be producing her 2nd annual Bryant Park West benefit fashion show in Sonoma this Janaury 30. Last year, we helped her market and advertise an event that brought Project Runway’s Rami Kashou and his fashion-forward frocks to the catwalks of Sonoma’s Jacuzzi Family Winery. San Francisco Chronicle fashion editor Sylvia Rubin even declared Bryant Park West “the number one fashion event of the year.”

by your own two feet: Hike + Bike Sonoma
There are some days when Belle Creative does not set foot in a car. We are lucky to live in a flat, friendly, temperate, sunny valley. And we are lucky to have clients, friends and shops in walking and biking distance. We love being outdoors, riding our bikes together. The Hike + Bike Sonoma brochure we created for the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau has opened our eyes to some great new trails and parks. We’ve hiked a trail we weren’t aware of before, at Jack London State Park, and we took our bikes to Annadel State Park for the first time. We’re inspired by these maps to explore more . . . !
You can download a pdf version here or stop in one of the Visitor Centers to pick one up.

peggy, sonoma and a boxcar
The Bay Area/Seattle band Indian Valley Line asked us to create custom, hand-made cover art for their limited edition debut album release. We happily took up the cause, being big fans of the band and their music. (Click through for more…)

chaac mol: in the haus
this weekend, the “bean to bar” chocolate startup we’re working with, Chaac Mol, debuted some of their chocolate at a holiday event, held at Haus on the Sonoma Plaza. we couldn’t be there, but they sent along some photos, included below.
our absence was bittersweet: sad to miss the event, we did enjoy an evening in the city. we covered our ears and spent a lot of time with our faces hidden during the play Peter Pan and later stood at the foot of a christmas tree that probably almost touched the stars and even later had chocolate truffles in lieu of the promised hot chocolate and the missed Chaac Mol.

SONOMA magazine
These sample spreads from SONOMA magazine feature art direction and layouts by Peter and writing, copyediting and photography by Sarah.
As part of the process for helping SONOMA magazine launch their new lifestyle magazine, we created a prototype of the magazine using Peter’s style guide and graphic design and Sarah’s original photography
and writing. This prototype went on to inform the final style guide Peter ultimately created the magazine.
