Our own wedding division The Heart Dept. loved capturing the magic and generosity swirling in the air during Seattle’s 2013 “Get Hitched, Give Hope” — an opulent gala and fundraising auction held last fall at The Four Seasons and one that bore witness to a staggering number of wedding vendors and industry artisans donating their services to an incredible cause. Dressed to the hilt in ravishing roaring twenties attire, betrothed couples floated through an evening bubbling with champagne, cafe music and deliciousness, bidding on all manner of goods and services—with all proceeds from the evening directed entirely to The Dream Foundation—a charity that fulfills end-of-life wishes for patients with terminal illness.
Cult Sonoma video // Trashion Show
We lent our video production services out to Cult Sonoma to cover the exciting, first annual Trashion Fashion Show & Exhibit featuring homegrown fashions created from reused, repurposed and recycled materials.

posters // Trashion Show
The Sonoma Community Center is curating a “Trashion” Fashion Show & Exhibit centered around fashions created by Bay Area artists from recycled and found materials. We were inspired by the subject matter to make our own imagery for the posters from a collage of found items and imagery.

video : cult sonoma // Heels & Wheels Fashion Show
We spent a lot of time promoting this event, so when the night came, we donned our best duds, overcame some stage fright with a speech, jumped into the DJ booth and enjoyed the show. Above is a video we produced for Cult Sonoma recapping the evening . . .
video // Heels + Wheels photo shoot
A fun video we produced to promote another aspect of Sonoma’s young, creative culture: fashion! Rising Sonoma photographer, Douglas Thompson, was on hand at Infineon Raceway and Jacuzzi Winery recently to photograph some hot couture in advance of Sonoma’s own upcoming Bryant Park West Fashion Show. Dubbed “Heels & Wheels” the second annual runway show—which is produced by Sonoma’s own Sarah Haggberg—will take place June 5 at Jacuzzi Winery and feature cutting edge designs from up-and-coming fashion icons. Ms. Haggberg, a young native of Sonoma, has selected Sonoma Valley Teen Services as the recipient of all proceeds, so it’s a great cause, too!
